Quadrennial Mandatory Ethics Training Requirements

A requirement that went into effect January 1, 2001 states that ALL REALTORS® MUST take continuing ethics training every four (4) years.

This course was put into place in order to create an awareness of and appreciation for the role the Code can and should play in their professional lives; to enhance professionalism and competency; and to encourage REALTORS® to view their Code of Ethics as a living, viable guide in their daily dealings with clients, customers and the public.

New Members/REALTORS® have a short window of time to take the test that will need to be taken every four (4) years. To complete the training:

Please remember: If you don't fax it back we will not know that you took it. Therefore, you will not receive a certificate and will not be in compliance. You MUST be in compliance to be APPROVED as a BCCAR member AND to obtain a Supra key.
