BCCAR's professional staff of seasoned association management professionals, working
under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for the Association's
day-to-day operations and implementing policy directives of the Board of Directors.

Chief Executive Officer
Diane has the overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the association,
its staff, and programs. She works with the Association's Leadership to guide the overall
direction of the Association to serve its members and accomplish its mission.

Director of Marketing & Communications
Liz is responsible
for the Association's communications and publications efforts, including the website.
Additionally, Liz is responsible for assessing member needs in all areas of the Association's
operations, including conducting focus groups, one-on-one interviews, and member surveys.
She gathers this data to use in developing programs, products and services. She also serves as the staff liaison to the REALTORS®
Political Action Committee (RPAC), the Affiliate Committee and the Community Outreach Committee.

Customer Service Representative
JoAnne is available to assist members with almost all their inquiries. She manages incoming telephone calls, membership inquiries, and resource center sales. She also is responsible for the SUPRA Key and Lockbox system.
Marykate Marchesani x203
Customer Service Representative
Marykate is available part-time to assist members Customer Service inquiries, including Supra. She handles incoming telephone calls, membership inquiries, and resource center sales.
Marykate also assists all departments and staff with administrative and planning projects.
