The Burlington Camden County Association of REALTORS® (BCCAR) is a professional trade association representing the interests of over 4,000 real estate professionals in Southern New Jersey. It is one of 1,700 local Associations (or Boards) of REALTORS® granted the charter to use and monitor usage of the term 'REALTOR®' by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. REALTOR® is a registered mark which identifies a professional in real estate who subscribes to a strict Code of Ethics as a member of the REALTOR® Association.
BCCAR provides its REALTOR® members with an array of real estate-related programs, products and services, including professional development, legislative advocacy, and business enhancers. Additionally, BCCAR regularly responds to queries from the general public and promotes use of Association members in facilitating the transfer of real property. As with the entire REALTOR® Association, BCCAR does not enforce real estate law or issue real estate licenses, its mechanism for
ensuring fairness and integrity in real estate transactions is the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.
BCCAR members also maintain membership in the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NJAR) and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR).
